We offer the following delivery options:
- SF Express Smart Locker Self-Pickup Service (Available in Hong Kong SAR only)
- SF Standard Delivery Service
Delivery Areas
- Standard delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Outlying Islands, and Macau SAR. Delivery is not available to specific areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island.
- Please do not use a PO Box as the delivery address.
- Each order can only be delivered to one address. To deliver products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Delivery Time
- After payment confirmation, orders generally require 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch, subject to stock availability.
- Under normal circumstances, standard delivery will reach the designated address within 2-3 business days. Orders for remote areas in Hong Kong SAR may take an additional 3-4 business days.
- No delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
